Here are the steps which Walltec takes for Epoxy Injection:

• Locate crack-by grinding (or) wire brushing

• Surface mount the T’s- every 8-10 inches

• Patch T’s and crack- continually until T’s are patched and crack is patched ( this will need 6-8 hrs to dry)

• Following Day- flush with mild water and Phosphoric Acid Mixture (  flush debris and calcium deposits)

• Flush with copious amounts of straight water- sometimes needs to flow out with forced air.

• Pump Epoxy- Staring with first T until epoxy resin comes out of the next T inline.

• Pump along crack until all Port’s/T’s are injected.

• Clean up- Port/T’s are mechanically removed with a grinder (if needed)

• Clean up
